If you are eligible to receive services under Medicare, you can receive psychological services delivered via Telehealth (i.e., videoconference or phone) if clinically appropriate. Please contact us for more information.

Medicare
Hope Solutions offers Medicare rebated services, and currently we have Telehealth services available for all clients.
Where suitable, we also offer Medicare bulk-billing services (no gap payment). You will need a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP or Paediatrician. Please contact us using the Contact Us page if you have questions.

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
If your child has a current NDIS plan that is self or plan managed, and that plan relates to the type of services you would like to get through Hope Solutions, your services will be paid for through NDIS. Please call us to discuss if you have any questions about this.
