Hope Solutions aims to provide quality and effective psychological services for children and women.

Hope Solutions can provide psychological services for children of all abilities, developmental delays or disabilities.

We also work with women, including young women (teenagers and young adults), with a disability and additional needs. We can provide individual counselling.

Moreen Gunasagaran is a registered Psychologist in NSW. She is dedicated to providing effective solutions to the concerns and challenges experienced by the children, individuals, and families she works with. Moreen has substantial experience in working with children and individuals with additional needs and their families in government and non-for-profit sectors in NSW and is currently in private practice. She has worked with children with developmental delays and intellectual disabilities of various levels, autism, ADHD, sleeping difficulties, anxiety, and various other developmental, emotional and behavioural concerns.

Moreen has experience in working with participants, parents, educators in clinic, home, childcare, pre-school and school settings. She has worked alongside other therapists and case managers/ coordinators, to deliver person-centred, child & family focused services for the children and families she works with. She is a certified practitioner of the Westmead Feelings Program for Children with Mild Intellectual Disability and Autism, ACER Westmead professional learning, The Children’s Hospital Westmead. She is also trained in the Triple P Positive Parenting Program (Stepping Stones). She has delivered parent training sessions on various topics involved in helping children transition to school.

Hope Solutions also provides psychological & counselling services for women of various ages and backgrounds. Some of the issues that our psychologist have helped women with in her practice include: exam/academic stress, sleeping issues, anxiety, family issues, relationship concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem, depression, workplace stress and bullying, parenting issues, caring for children with special needs/disabilities, adjustment issues, and life goals/ transitions.
